Authentication & Metering
The MCP server asks for an API key, so that heavy use can be told apart and the state services this one asks on your behalf are not flooded.

What the answers are not
No owner names: the API serves parcels, addresses, planning and infrastructure. It does not serve who owns a property.
Not a valuation: figures and yield estimates are desktop screening. A valuation comes from a registered valuer.
Not a survey: boundary measurements and elevation profiles do not replace a survey by a registered surveyor.
