Every housing application the State lists for your council, in one place
Expressions of interest to the Housing Delivery Authority and State significant projects, read from the department's own pages each week, placed on their lots, on a map. Free to read. A weekly email for anyone who wants it.
- Step 1
See the whole picture
Open your council's page: every application on the map and in a list, with its stage, the homes proposed and the department's dates, and what is new this week in one line.
- Step 2
Hear each week
Type an email address on the page, click the link we send, and each week you get what the State newly listed for your council. No account, and a link to stop in every email.
- Step 3
Add the Council plan
Every change the department makes, with the old and new wording; the lot under each application; up to 40 councils in one weekly email; and the map on your own website.
The Council plan
- Every change the department makes to a record, with the old and new wording, the day it is read
- The lot under each application, with its property report: zone, controls, hazards, the lot's size and frontage
- A weekly email of what was listed, changed or withdrawn, for up to 40 councils
- The housing pipeline map on your council's own website, kept up to date
- The two layers in QGIS or ArcGIS, and every record as a file
Where the records come from
The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure's Housing Delivery Authority page and the NSW Planning Portal's Major Projects register, both published under CC BY 4.0, read each week. Every word on a record is the department's; nothing is estimated, and where the department gives no point or no number, the page says so. Each record links to the department's own publication.
